An annual plan where a physiotherapist and ergonomist visit an industry or corporate environment every month offers several key advantages:
Plan includes,
- 12 visits/annum –10% of the the employees will be screened in all 12 visits.
Visits includes,
- Workstation examination and make it employee friendly.
- Musculoskeletal assessment to identify work related musculoskeletal disorder.
- Ergonomic assessment and modification
- Exercises regime for Work related musculoskeletal disorder.
- Cardiopulmonary assessment including checking of Blood pressure, Heart Rate, pulse rate etc.
- Posture assessment and correction technique
- Body mass index assessment and Obesity and fitness management
- Time management and stress management workshop
We will be available on telephonic consultation (audio/video call) for any Physiotherapy emergency. Services on special occasions.
